Resource for Google Maps Developer

I am learning how to use Google Maps API and doing mash up recently. The Google Map is very useful for those want to do GIS developing. The GMaps API is quite mature nowadays and very powerful. The features of the Google Maps such as Street View, Get Directions from one point to another point and some party or developer even mash up with transportation schedule, earth quake notification and so on.
